TRAINQ
TrainQ is currently available exclusively on iOS. You can download it from the App Store on iPhone. An Android version is not planned at this time, but we're focused on making the iOS experience exceptional first.
No special equipment is required. For gym training, any weights will do. For running, just your iPhone and optional Apple Watch or Garmin. For cycling, a bike computer or GPS watch is helpful but not required. TrainQ adapts to whatever you have available.
TrainQ analyzes your completed sessions — weights lifted, paces run, power output, recovery metrics — and adjusts your next planned sessions accordingly. If you're performing above plan, it progressively increases load. If you're struggling, it pulls back. The system also monitors HRV and sleep data from Apple Health to flag when recovery-first adjustments are needed.
TrainQ currently supports gym strength training, running, and cycling. Each sport has dedicated training plans, session types, and adaptive logic. More sports may be added in future updates.
Your training data is stored securely and never sold to third parties. Apple Health data is accessed only with your explicit permission and stays on your device or in your personal iCloud. We collect only what's needed to provide the service. Read our full Privacy Policy for details.
Yes. TrainQ supports data export in FIT and TCX formats, which are compatible with most fitness platforms and analysis tools. You can export individual sessions or your full training history from the app settings.
TrainQ Plus is planned for end of April 2026. It will include advanced biometric analysis, coach connectivity, priority support, and API access. Until then, the full app remains completely free during the Public Beta.
